SEVERAL PREFECTURES IN JAPAN TRY TO USE MICRO NANO BUBBLES FOR ACTIVITY OF TRADITIONAL LOCAL INDUSTRIES

Japan was the first country to, research, develop and introduce Micro Nano Bubble technology. In Japan there are several companies connected to the development of this technology.

The “Micro Nano Bubble Institute” and the “Fine Bubble Industry Association” have been set up to research the properties and uses related to this technology.

Laundry, The use of Micro Nano Bubble devices on your washing machine is twofold. The use of Micro Nano Bubble technology in ocean going vessels can greatly improve fuel efficiency by creating less drag and increased screw (propeller) rotation.

In Japan the next generation cruise ships being built by the Mitsubishi Corporation will incorporate the MALS “Mitsubishi Air Lubrication System” The system will generate Micro bubbles along the length of the ship’s hull changing the molecular structure of the water resulting in reduced resistance.

Agriculture

  • By using MNB technology in irrigation you can also introduce oxygen and or Ozone to the roots of plants, vegetables, fruit and trees. The miniscule size of Nano bubbles allows them to penetrate deeper in the soil. The added oxygen accelerates growth while ozone removes bacteria.

The highway road maintenance company (NEXCO West) used Micro Nano Bubble water to clean the restrooms in the parking lots. They also used the MNB technology to clean concrete structures along the highway.

Better results were achieved using 1/3rd the amount of water. Cleaner odor free restrooms and grime free concrete structures.

Micro Nano Bubbles have been effectively used to clear salt build up on Naval helicopters.

Factories and Metal Shops

The use of Micro Nano Bubble devices on tools used in the cutting and drilling of metals, plastic and wood, extend the life of blades and drills. They also produce cleaner more precise cuts.
